Our office accepts direct custom orders and responds to telephone inquiries 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are based upon staff availability. Our office is closed Sunday and all major holidays. We accept Visa and Mastercard for telephone orders. A printable version of our order form is available from our website catalog main menu for those preferring mail orders. Mail orders may be paid with U.S. Postal money orders, Visa, Mastercard or personal checks.
EXPEDITED ORDERING SERVICE
Many of our products can be priority crafted and shipped faster than the standard turnaround time. Expedited orders are available for an additional fee of $40.00 per item, for selected models only. Shipped to the delivery destination in 10 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS from the date we receive your order, via 3 day US Priority Mail. Postage and insurance are additional.

STANDARD ORDER DELIVERY TIME
Due to the large variety of styles, finishes and options available for most of our products, we do not stock or inventory. Every holster, belt and accessory we craft is entirely custom made by hand and completed individually in the order it is received. Approximate turnaround time generally falls between 6 to 8 weeks. At the time your order is placed you will be advised of the current approximate turnaround, if otherwise.
ORDER CANCELLATION CHARGES
All orders cancelled following processing of your credit card information will incurr a flat rate charge of $10.00 to compensate for the non refundable processing fees we are charged by the credit card company. We are charged to process the credit card order and to process a subsequent credit card refund due to cancellation of an order. We regret that these ever increasing fees, combined with our labor cost to process each credit card transaction make this policy necessary.
STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard domestic orders Continental U.S. are shipped U S Priority Mail, insured. Domestic shipping & insurance is $12.50 for most products up to 2 small sized holsters. Two medium to large holsters or lined gunbelts, $21.50 domestic shipping, including actual value insurance. Bell Charter Oak, Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any product that occurs during shipping or following delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING
We gladly accept international orders. International orders may be paid via credit card, payable in U S Dollars only or with U.S. Postal money orders. We do not accept foreign currency. International orders are typically subject to customs import fees, payable by the purchaser. Flat rate $45.00 shipping and handling on all international orders via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail, for up to two small size holsters. Additional holsters or belts add $10.00 per item. Bell Charter Oak, Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any product that occurs during shipping or following delivery. We cannot estimate delivery time of international orders as this will vary by country of destination and individual customs policies.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Bell Charter Oak, Inc. provides a Limited 30 day Replacement Warranty due to defects in material or workmanship for the original purchaser.
